I wanted to thank you and your personnel for the excellent job they did on the solar panel installation for our Trader’s Cove pool. The system is working very well. We are achieving the desired 85° temperature on a consistent basis.

The quality you emphasized when we were evaluating the system was guaranteed by your warranties but also shows in the installation. Everyone I have shown the system to mentions the effort taken to place and paint the components so that you probably would not see the system if it was not pointed out! This is truly amazing and a sign of quality craftsmen who are proud of what they do.
Finally, I must give you special credit for a low pressure but very informative presentation. You also have been responsive to our questions and allowed us to quickly complete our evaluation process. I truly believe we selected the best system available and the best company to install and maintain it.

I wanted to drop you a line and say how much my family and I are enjoying our pool in December. Yes, December! It’s now 84.5° in the pool and with our blanket on at night, this is by far the warmest it’s ever been this time of the year. We’ve had solar pool heating ever since getting a pool in Florida and have always recommendeda solar heating to anyone who asks. Plus, there’s no additional electrical cost, as with a heat pump.
Our two kids swim like fish and being able to give them something to do outside in the pool in December used to mean turning on our propane heater for the hot tub, as mid to upper 70s pool water temperatures didn’t excite them much! You mentioned a new “hybrid” solar panel kit that allowed for a better integration with our existing propane heater but also had much more efficiency on its own. Our propane heater works very well but with LP gas prices the way they are, I was more intrigued by the “high efficiency” panels. Boy, you weren’t kidding. I checked it today and at almost 85 degrees, this is about five to seven degrees warmer than ever before for this time of the year.
In my job, global warming and the impact of fossil fuel emissions is discussed almost daily. As a society, we’re just now starting to work together to find new and better ways to use energy more efficiently. I’m especially in favor of using the most abundant and FREE energy supply we’ve ever known: the sun.
